Accident & Crash Investigation
Interviews are conducted and statements are taken in motor vehicle, casualty and bodily injury investigations.
Background Investigation & Pre-Employment Screening
These investigations include the verification of prior employment, education, search of criminal, credit, Department of Motor Vehicles and County Clerks' records in New York State and throughout the country. Conducting thorough pre- and post-background investigations may help to reduce and/or eliminate potential misconduct on the part of the employee.
Computer Investigations & Forensic Services
Determine computer use and responsibility. Expert forensic examinations to reveal evidentiary data through recovery of hidden, deleted and damaged files.
Financial Investigative/Forensic Accounting Services
To locate and identify assets and liabilities of individuals and corporations. These searches are conducted utilizing informational databases which identifies ownership of real property, bankruptcy filings, tax liens and judgments. In addition to the informational databases which are searched, we also search records in County Clerks' offices. Searches are conducted nationwide. We also have CPAs on staff to provide forensic accounting services.
Litigation Support Services
On behalf of the corporation counsel/city attorney's offices, we locate witnesses, identify third parties and assist in the determination of liability. Photographic services are available.
Public Corruption
We conduct comprehensive confidential investigations pertaining to allegations of public/police corruption.
Security Consultation
Security audits are conducted on behalf of clients in order to identify areas of concern. Our strategic alliances with industry leaders allow us to provide uniformed and electronic security and counter measures (debugging) to respond to any particular breach in security. We provide strike management services in instances of labor disputes and/or unrest.
Surveillances
These are conducted for bodily injury, workers' compensation claims and pilferage investigative cases.
Undercover Investigative Services
Which includes placing undercover operatives in order to identify substance abuse, pilferage and sabotage activities by employees.
Workplace Violence
We provide an assessment, evaluation and recommendation on how to proactively prevent and respond to potential instances.
